SunDown Taylor Blue Blocking Glasses - Tortoise

Exactly what i wanted.

These glasses do a fantastic job to block out unwanted light in the evenings. I have been struggling to sleep and wind down in the evening and in the last week of wearing these at night, i sleep better and even find myself getting naturally tired even with exposure to lots of light/screens. The colour is a nice tone and is calming just wearing them. My only problem is that even with quite a big head shape, i find the arms are quite wide and loose. Would still recommend and buy again.

The glasses fit so comfortably, and you can feel your eyes strain less as soon as you put them on!! So great knowing my eyes are protected and my circadian rhythm is in check
