These glasses are not just good, they are essential for the hour before bed. In addition to wearing these and getting out in the light as early as possible each day, I’ve also taken the advice in your emails and try to get out for 20 minutes while the sun is setting. The end result is I am now waking up 1-2 hours earlier each day.

I'm loving my glasses. They are comfortable to wear and feel sturdy. They look great too. I've been wearing them to reduce my exposure to blue light in the evening as I get insomnia. I do feel like they have helped. I set my alarm each day to remind me to put them on at sunset. I'd would recommend trying them, for sure!

Love these glasses. The only issue is, now I need to get some with prescription lenses, so I can read in them, because at the moment I slip them on top of my regular glasses 😂.
