These do a great job at completely blocking out blue light. Love wearing them at night, I definitely sleep better and wake feeling more rested.

Great glasses!

Love wearing these for a few hours before I go to sleep when I'm scrolling on my phone. I also wore these at the airport and on the plane for a night flight, so I could have a better sleep on a night flight.

You look famous!

ok, so you might feel ridiculous in these glasses when you are out, but you get so use the feel on your eyes, that the bright white lights are hard. I enjoy these and feel better that i am not as exposed to so much white light
