Putting these glasses on at sunset until bedtime has made a massive difference for feeling sleepy. They are very relaxing. The frames fit nice and are comfortable.

Wasn't impressed

When they arrived, I thought the frames were light and felt low quality but the lenses are good for their purpose. I also found that the frames didn't sit well on my face (I have a small nose).
