Bottom Round "Rump" Roast

Nice holiday roast!

Fixed this roast on Christmas Day. The roast fit easily into the cast iron pot and with a few vegetables and seasoning thrown in it was cooked in a little over 2 hours. Plenty of meat to serve 3 people with leftovers for a nice stroganoff later. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Bootheel product!

A quality & tasty product

This was a tender and juicy roast, easy to make in the crock pot. Out of town company loved it. Bootheel7 never fails to please and has an extremely efficient delivery setup, even if not within the state.

Could I give you a "10"?

This is the best roast we've had since moving off the farm and eating only the meat raised on the farm. This is our "treat" meal. Comfort food at its finest!
