Capitol Hill Seasoning

I really love this blend because it has a nice peppery taste that really hits the right notes on dishes like pork, chicken, or even a bit of a sprinkle on my omelette is very tasty. 😋 sometimes I use it for a roasted chicken and add cloves of garlic into the chicken to give it a a different type of balanced flavor. I have bought it before and will keep buying it. This is one of my favorites.

I’ve been buying this product for years. Very useful for fish, steamed vegetables. Shipping costs seem excessive though.

This is one of my favorite blends. It's delicious in scrambled eggs, soup and on salmon. I also love it in my vinaigrettes.
