Capitol Hill Seasoning

One of my favorite seasonings. I use it breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has replaced my salt and pepper. I can’t recommend it enough.

Capital Hill has been my all time favorite blend for many years now. I use it when roasting potatoes, quiche and in sautéed fresh green beans, etc. The possibilities are endless. I always receive compliments on the results about the great taste.

We really liked the shallot and dill mix. I’ll be trying it in several of my recipes where I use dill as the main seasoning.
