Capitol Hill Seasoning

Capital Hill has been my all time favorite blend for many years now. I use it when roasting potatoes, quiche and in sautéed fresh green beans, etc. The possibilities are endless. I always receive compliments on the results about the great taste.

This is one of my favorite spices for scrambled eggs in the morning. Have been using it for years. Also good in baked potatoes with sour cream. The dill is not over powering in this and one of the best parts I liken are the dried shallots.

Been one of my favorites for 15 years! Love it in my eggs, sprinkled over vegs and salads!
