Be safe. Have fun.

Works great though It does take some practice to make cuts even thickness instead of wedge shaped. Had a lot of fun making paper thin slices. The off-white plastic does stain with carrots but it’s a tool and show piece. I was happy that there were different options in store as well as cut resistant gloves.
