Amazing knife ( lightweight laser class )

I was very surprised with how light this 240mm gyuto was. It is very thin behind the edge. I gave it a polish on my 6000grit stone and it performed very well at the sushi bar all night. Cutting rolls, fish, and veggies were no problem at all! Highly recommend !
