I really like this cookwear. Little oil is needed when searing, and little liquid needed when cooking. It seems to create liquid during the cooking process. The cookwear does get hot and I usually have to reduce the flame as the food continues to cook. Very easy to clean.

Perfection
I finally got around to washing them and using them they are wonderful non-stick and perfect sizes!! I love that I don't have to burn my fingers while taking a lid off of pan! Thank you so much for these beautiful pans!

Never as good as the first time.
This is my 3rd set over the years and I did buy this direct. The price and delivery was fantastic but. . . . Being able to compare a 10yr and 5yr old pan to a 2025 pan was startling. I've always enjoyed these sets but the new one fetl cheap and extremely light compared to it's predecessors. "Cheap goods aren't good and good goods aren't cheap. " You had a great product but it feels like you're dumbing it down. I do not see myself buying these again.
