After I got this I have used it for everyday cooking. Since my husband is vegan, I cook a lot of raw vegetables at once time. This is easy clean up and keeps to food from spilling over the sides of s normal fry pan. One of these days, I'll get around to making a casserole in it. Maybe today, who knows. I am 80 years old and I love the two handles on the side of the pan. Makes it easy to transfer to counter or table. Love it. PG, WA state.
