I replaced a set of Anolon Titanium (which I wished they still made) that I’ve had for 15 years. The new Anolon X is not as heavy duty but it is still good cookware. I been using it for a couple of weeks now and here are the takeaways: It heats quickly and evenly High heat is not necessary The nonstick surface works a little better with a little oil or butter Love the glass lids Thumbs up!

Lighter than I expected

The pots and pans brand are my favorite. I still have original pots and pans that were bought 30 years ago. Still using, but needed to replace some pieces. I like them, but they are a lot lighter weight. I need some more time cooking with them, but I’m sure I will be very happy with them.

After a couple weeks I am generally happy with, as I expected to be with my Avolon purchase, with only a minor complaint. Maybe in time I will adjust, but at the moment I am not thrilled with egg cooking, whether fried or scrambled. It seems like the design does not lend itself to that type of cooking. Just might buy a “flat” design egg pan…
