Service Issues

I did a lot of research and picked this set. It had the right pieces at the right price, and I felt confident about the quality I should expect. I loved the Memorial Day sale. On delivery day, I was excited. Unfortunately, they shipped it directly in the Anolon box with 2 strips of tape instead of another box for protection. The 2 strips of tape were barely holding the box closed, and the box had become rumpled quite a bit during shipping. My husband asked what kind of janky company I ordered from. I opened the box, hoping the contents weren’t damaged (they weren’t) and found it was also missing a lid. I reached out to customer service but before they responded, I wrote again and asked for a return label because at this point trust was broken and I didn’t want that feeling of expecting something else to go wrong. The email with the return label said I’d get a refund in 1-3 days. 9 days after UPS showed it was delivered back to them, there was no refund. I emailed again and they responded a day later that they had it and I’d get a refund in 1-3 more business days. I got the refund 2 days later. I love a 12 set I ordered from another company on Amazon, so I’m still smiling. The Anolon pans I unboxed seemed like good quality based on the look and feel, though I obviously didn’t use them. Hopefully, Anolon solves the service issues and proves they can be trusted. In the meantime, proceed with caution.
