Great workhorse knife for my home cooking.

This knife has satisfied my desire for a beautiful yet functional Japanese knife. Delivery to the UK in around a week with no duty issues. Came out of the box hair whittling sharp. So sharp my wife didn’t want it in the knife block, I have to keep it in its box. It now feels like a mini ceremony every time I use it. It also looks great and is a joy to use. Off to chop some onions.
