Bunka VG-10 Damascus Gray Birch Handle 180mm (7”)

Perfect Knife

I saw this knife in the shop and it was exactly what I wanted. Beautiful damascus pattern with a Japanese handle in deep birch. I had left Kyoto and continued to look for a knife as nice as this one but I was unable to match it so I came back to buy it. I haven't used it in the kitchen yet but I know it's perfect.

Great knife but cover for the blade could be included

Great knife but for the price I paid I was expecting at least something to cover the blade (leather) as you get it with any much cheaper ones.
