1st Quality Knife Purchase: Very Happy

Due to a injury with my arms, I was reconsidering ergonomics all over my life. I cook a lot, so I decided to move beyond knives from the local Bed Bath and Beyond and invest in a knife that would lessen the strain. Wow, I have never used a kitchen knife this smooth. And this is probably a "low-end" knife compared to what else JCK has to offer. It was a great entry into the world of quality knives. Everyone that visits and tries it is amazed and wants to get one. I look forward to upgrading to some more niche, higher-quality knives. Also, the customer service of JCK was incredible. Happy to buy from them again.
