Amazing board

Tokoshu Knife had the large boards at the best price. Board cuts like a dream. Food stays put. Clean up is a breeze. Hot water with soap. Scrub, rinse and dry with a lint free towel. All curing styles are no problem on this board. I love it !! My only regret is I should have purchased one earlier. So much better than my wood boards.

Unimpressed

I do not understand what all the fuss is about this board and why it was $100+ . It’s a plastic cutting board at best and has an irritating texture on it, I assume for better knife edge retention, but it is difficult to clean and has an unpleasant sound when you scrap food off it, like a zipper. I’m going back to wood.
