Drinking Chocolate Sugar Free - Pure Dark 100%

Great drinking chocolate, and a little goes a long way. I actually use 1 Tbsp most days and find it to be be enough. It has a great flavor and the price seems reasonable compared to other brands!

This tastes different, less intense and bitter, than other ceremonial cacao I’ve gotten before. That said, it’s smooth and delicious. It also has scads more caffeine that what I had before - something I wasn’t looking for as I’m highly sensitive to caffeine. I likely won’t buy it again but will, instead, search for non-caffeinated, more intense flavor. But there’s nothing wrong with this if it’s the flavor profile you enjoy! It is delicious, just not exactly what I want in a cacao.

This has been my go-to for wonderful drinking chocolate for many years. . I use it both alone, or add spices, or add it to other drinking chocolates to reduce the sweetness and increase the flavor. I also use it when chocolate is called for in a dish, such as mole poblano. A great product! Highly recommended!
