This baking chocolate makes the BEST lava cakes. It's got a brighter, fruitier flavor than typical chocolate that is just divine. We're hooked!

Easy baking, delicious eating, clean ingredients

The classic dark baking chocolate discs were a joy to bake with because I could snap them in half or thirds quickly with my hands, no chipping required from a big block of chocolate, or I could use them as-is for larger portions. Either way, the resuls were delicious in cookies and cinnamon rolls: the chocolate added a wonderful richness without extra sweetness. Thank you Raaka for clean ingredients: no lecithin, no chemicals masquerading as food, just purity. Ordering again. Uplifting! : )
