My friend had some gamey venison from a large buck that he shot. The Texas hot link recipe using this seasoning mix made for some excellent sausage that masked all the gaminess

No flavor at all, NOT hot nor spicy

Absolutely love #117 PS Seasoning so wanted to something different. Made 12.5# of fresh pork sausage and used half the seasoning per instructions. This has zero flavor whatsoever and zero heat. Tastes like unseasoned meat. Probably will thaw it all out and add the rest of the bag see what happens. Was really hoping for a seasoning that would be similar to the spicey sausage you can buy commercially.

Great flavor

I have been searching for a good breakfast sausage mix for a while. I have tried several name brand seasonings, and not had a bad one but just never had a mix with the flavor I was looking for, until now, this Hot fresh pork sausage seasoning is just right for my family. I just used a pound of ground pork from the grocery store and a tablespoon of mix and wow… just right. I can quit wasting money and time on testing recipes now.
