Altrient Magnesium Magtein | 30 Sachets

Liposomal versions of supplements, though still inherently expensive to produce, seem a logical progression over tablets/capsules, so I thought it might be interesting just to try the Magtein. Alas the gloopy texture and somewhat unappealing taste from the phospholipids is I suppose an insurmountable feature of this type of delivery system...it seems hard to disguise the phosphatidyl choline component effectively - its not just an issue with Altrient products - and this is certainly not the worst tasting liposomal supplement that I've tried. Although still some packets left in the box, so maybe too soon to judge, I haven't as yet noticed any great advantage over 'ordinary' magnesium threonate or other organic magnesium formulations to justify the huge cost. £72 per fortnight of ongoing magnesium supplementation seems hard to justify.
