Magnesium

They taste good, not sure whats causing me to feel more a little more tired although ive been using them for a week now. I am taking the gunny first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then I switched it to night before i go to bed. Again the items were not packaged well as ive seen in other videos and social media posts

It has only been about a week I have started the magnesium and it is with purpose hoping the best for myself and health. It is the recommended vitamin for my issue. So I am glad to have got them from you company. As for the collagen and other vitamins I use them daily and I did run out and waiting for my reorder to arrive. The D3 and K2 another highly acceptable I had lately learned about that is why I ordered it the first time.

Just started taking the PCOS vitamins recenlty. The magnesium is a new addtion but if it’s anything like the PCOS viatmins im expecting great things. Package arrived within the week and in proper order. My collagen container was crushed ao some spilled out, so I hope they consider rhe packagin moving forward.
