I have tried many things because I am a very light sleeper ; but as soon as a get this wowww it is amazing how this works !!! You feel that your body relax and you start to become sleepy ! All the ingredients are clean ! Never upsetting my stomach or anything ( and I take at night during my fasting ) really really great !
