One of my 2 faves, the other being Hickory--abut to reorder another big bottle, Chipotle has a nice kick but not overpowering.

Southwest Chipotle

I used the southwest chipotle seasoning rub on wings that I made in the air fryer. They were very flavorful with a touch of heat but not overpowering. Highly recommend.
