This is great for chicken - especially wings. I add some cayenne to make it a bit spicier but it’s good without it.

Dirty Bird was the first rub I used when I got my first smoker in late 2025. I found it through a YouTube video on smoking chicken thighs. It immediately because my families favorite rub and I’ve been a loyal Kosmos Q customer since. All their rubs are awesome. So awesome I took the time to write this review
