I had a very positive experience when ordering my new power chair. Initially I wanted some help with ordering a part for my old chair. I spoke with Maddy on the phone who was extremely helpful. When a further part broke on my old chair I decided to go for a new one. Again, Daddy was so helpful and informative. The chair was ordered and arrived the day it was promised for. This was a personal, friendly, helpful service from an informative staff member who helped me get what I needed quickly and efficiently. Can't recommend this Company highly enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

The wheelchair is fantastic quality and easy to use and charge. My mums knees have become so painful she can’t get out and about easily so this has given her freedom thankyou.

I bought a chair from the Worksop branch after a couple of visits on the 12th of May. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried power chairs and motor scooters. The power chair was my choice. Before delivery I called customer services because I decided I wanted to get the power split chair instead of the one I had ordered. The lady on the phone could not help me enough she changed the order even though it was due delvery the next day. It cost a bit more money but I feel it will be money well spent. I want to say thank you to the team at the show room and will recommend you to anyone seeking advice. I have just been out for the first time and it will take some getting used to but I am sure it will bring back my independence and no more not wanting to go anywhere because it hurts when you walk.
