MobilityPlus+ Ultra-Light Instant Folding Electric Wheelchair

When I first ordered the chair I was so proud as I had saved hard to finally buy the electric chair I needed for my condition. When I received the electric chair the charger was missing from the original packaging and the wheels were flat. I waited 24 hrs for the charger to be sent to me. I’m now 3 weeks in and there is a problem with the motor & driving straight. I feel like I’m at sea as I propel forward, the chair is moving in a wave motion and pulls to the left. I informed the shop and Dan said “Send me a video please” I did this immediately, Dan informed me he was going to send my video to the engineer that afternoon. I called the next morning to chase the progress as I needed my chair working correctly. I spoke to a woman this time who proceeded to talk over & raise her voice at me each and every time I tried to speak, it got that bad I eventually said, “Can I please talk now?”. I eventually found out Dan did not send the video the previous day like he said he would, (I guess my issue wasn’t important enough and the next day he wasn’t in the shop) The woman stated she was forwarding the report and my video that very moment. She said she would call me back later that day. As you can probably guess I did not receive a call. The customer care and after sales is appalling to say the least. Save your money, go somewhere else where appreciation is not shouting over the customer or offered false information.

the wheelchaire is comfortable and its very convienient for me now i can get around easier with it. its easy to use and very quiet motors on it, i recommend the wheelchaire to anyone who needs one , its super light weight so is handy in getting in and out of the car.

I love the chair easy to manoeuvre and I can get out with family and friends to the beach
