MobilityPlus+ Featherlite Carbon Edition Electric Wheelchair

This chair is amazing! I can't believe how light it is, neither can my family, they no longer need to use ramps to get it into their car and it takes up so little space. I've been able to drive on & off buses with ease. The motor is less powerful than I am used too, but a bigger motor would make it heavier! The battery life is impressive, I opted to purchase a second battery which is stored on the chair, swapping them over is very easy. I was concerned about how thin the seat cushion is but I have been comfortable even when sat in it all day. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who wants a lightweight compact powerchair.

Very easy assembly. Light enough even for me with my OA to lift into car. Very comfy to sit in. Only problem I had is it doesn’t like uneven ground. On level areas it drives extremely well. The best way to get over the uneven ground problem is to get a pusher! Just a quick flick of the back levers. I can live with that for the comfort, compact folded size, the ease of unfolding and the light weight. I’d 100% recommend this for travel, as long as you are able to stand to fold and unfold it, even for solo travel. I would recommend buying a spare battery as it takes 6 hours to charge

Fantastic chair. Other brands are £1000 more expensive for basically the same thing. The controls are very sensitive and front wheels can cause issue when reversing due to them not being in alignment. You can move forward a little to rectify to align them. Overall great chair.
