Bought this after seeing another disabled person with theirs at a festival. My other brand version broke and couldn't deal with the off-road elements of life as a disabled person wanting to participate in festival life. This is sturdy and far more collapsible than my original one. It was a pain to put together (mainly due to the pictograms and little text) for me as an autistic human. It has been easier to fit into the boot of my car and feels far better and sturdier made. It is also far more comfortable to use as a walking and seating aid.

It isn’t as comfortable to walk with as the last mobility plus upright rollator I purchased 3 years ago. I’m disappointed again with mobility plus; first one, the wheel fell off and I couldn’t get the replacements to keep on without them bending snd being replaced. This new one, I feel like it’s going to fold at any minute while walking, the seat is too close to my legs and it’s a nightmare to put on the bag with the little things pushing back in before I can get the bag on. The brakes don’t really work that well and the handles keep loosening, no matter who tightens them. Your products are not really quality and uncomfortable. Plus, I said it was for a disabled person and was never given the tax back or it didn’t notice it during check-out. I emailed about tax exemption but no answer. Overall, not a good product or service.

The walker is not wide enough to use the seat as the handle bars obstruct proper access.
I have checked the manual and it has been put together correctly and therefore I do not really understand how someone is expected to be able to use the seat with the design of the handles being higher up, than many other walkers I have seen.
They are position correctly to allow for a more upright position of the body when using it to walk, but then they get in the way my arms have no way to fit into the gap.
