The company was very helpful with tracking and the process of of explaining And I felt like it was more than just another sale they really came across genuinely sympathetic and personal service The wheelchair has given me a lot more independence and is very comfortable even tho the pavements where I live aren't the best I feel safe and can trust that it is a stable It's easy to maneuver around my local shop where the isle are just big enough to go down but a very good product would recommend to anyone who feels like the need some help with mobility and is looking for some Independence back This chair has give myself the ability to go out with my children and am now a position to be able to go to our local park with them as before I couldn't walk the distance and felt like I as missing out
