Daozi 8" Butcher Knife

Good quality knives! I use them everyday in the kitchen. It is my therapy after a Long Day's work. Only complaint is, I wish Coolina would make a longer magnetic knife stand to display my other 5 Coolina knives.

I use the Daozi and rhe 7” Chef the most and love them both! My bonus knives, the Tungsten and Fixed are rapidly climbing the ladder. The fixed is an excellent skinner as well. Everything I’ve received from Coolina has been top notch.

I love this knife! One of my go to choppers, especially for carne asada.
