Machado 6.6" Butcher Knife

This knife fits your hand perfectly and just feels right. It is the 1st knife on our walnut board that we reach for or the 7.5 inch butcher knife. These knives are super sharp so care should be in your use and keep your eye on the blade. These knives are much better than our Chicago Cutlery knives and I’ve been using them for years. Now I have a new “go to” knife board. Kitchen knives don’t get better than Coolina.

The knives showed up today. I can’t wait to use them. They are sharp and came well packaged.
