Solid without being heavy. Absorbs food-grade mineral oil very well. Broke it in with a batch of cinnamon rolls and rolling out the dough was a dream. Shipped with UPS! Will order other utensils in the future.

This fench rolling pin is simply the best. Not only is it beautifully made and balanced. It is a delight to use. Personally I believe a french pin allows you more control and intimacy with your pastry. I highly recommend this product
