Such a versatile dynamic flavor!
Tumeric from spice house is one of my favorite seasonings and I find myself using it in so many ways. It has a delicious peppery flavor that is great on any type of eggs, it makes the skin on chicken very golden and crishy and I use it in breadcrumbs when I make chicken cultets for a beautiful color. I have also cut way back on my use of salt.
