Grains of Paradise

many uses

I can use grains of paradise in savory and sweet recipes. It does not seem as sharp, to me, as black pepper. It compliments other spices instead of taking over the flavor.

They our little smaller than I thought they would be. But they taste great and they still work in my grinder.
