Urfa biber
An excellent condiment for anything that you would sprinkle black pepper on. Especially good on pasta with seafood & Boursin cheese sauce w/ truffle oil. Also good on pizza, rice, stews, omelettes, etc. etc. Brings out a rich, savory depth. A wee bit of heat, but very mild.
