Washimine Ceremonial Matcha Tea

Gorgeous vibrant green. Medium bodied Okumidori cultivar and a has nice umami. Nio Teas just continues to impress me. This one and the Oishi Saemidori Ceremonial are so delicious

Prior to ordering Noi Teas Ceremonial Match - I have only had Matcha (as a latte at a big chain coffee store - not good). I was very skeptical and intimidated about making it and what it would taste like. I enjoyed the Match Master Class book! I also made it plain, no sweetener and no milk. I enjoyed it very much and drink a hot Match almost every day. I will be ordering it again. Thanks for the book and the great Washimine Ceremonial Match Tea

Other than having to wait a long tim e(first order was lost). It might be good to pace the teas inside a bag in the tin. Other manufacturers have done that and maybe it’s a better method.
