Mei Cha (Vine Tea)

You really have to be on point with this one. Steep for a few seconds too much and it gets bitter. Hit that perfect 3-5 seconds steep and its really good. The sweetening effect was a suprise as well. Noticed it while tasting the second steep. Its one of those things ya just gotta try if you want to understand.

At first I almost didn’t like the tea, but as I sipped the water and my saliva even became sweet I loved it.

I recommend starting at 85°C. I initially tried 100°C. Amazing! Absolutely highly recommend for days when you need caffeine-free sessions.
