We purchased Mexican Vanilla beans for our library Spice Club. The beans were top quality and we had the piece of mind that they were registered with the FDA and are coumarin free. And the flavor....oh, the flavor! We made Mexican Flan, Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle cookies with them. They were simply divine!
