Great product for customers who cannot take the methyl form of B12 & Folate due to their DNA, they are hard to find, happy to see that Seeking Health sells this product!

Good option for MTHFR

Methylated B vitamins make me too jittery, so this is a great option for me. Not overpowering, but gives me a good baseline.

I consider myself a healthy person, I exercise, daily, eat healthy, but know I need to keep being proactive at 62 yrs old. Lately, I started feeling tired and achy, so I decided to give this multi a try. I just started taking it and did get a huge red flush, but will keep taking it to see if the red flush goes away and if this helps some of my other inconveniences.
