Stagg [X] Pour-Over Set

I've ended up with 1:9 ratio for my light roasts, which for 40g coffee gives me a full 10oz cup of strong black coffee. Or in the afternoon I may want a 5oz cup from 20g coffee or I make lighter ratios when I have darker roasts. I use this for occasional smaller cups, whereas I generally use the larger Stagg for my larger normal morning cup. Of course, I use the Tally scale and electric kettle so I can get consistency every day I drink pour over.

Pour over like a champ

I love this pour-over! I can tell the difference right away. Super easy to use and compact! I've loved all of my fellow products and adding this to my collection has been great. For sure a setup in my pour over game

Really good quality pour over dripper, it makes very good tasting coffee, insulated walls are great to keep temperature constant during the brewing. It would be interesting to see a collaboration with Hario to make a V60 with insulated walls something like “Stagg [60]”, maybe just in my dream lol.
