Maromas Guatemala Single Origin Espresso

Excellent flavor and finish. I'll be getting more once the shipping costs aren't higher than the coffee beans.

Espresso?

I see espresso and think fresh. Perhaps I didn’t read the fine print but these beans were older than my supermarket beans I get in a pinch. I did learn that if the beans aren’t fresh you can’t grind fine enough. Taste was unique and I’ll use it for pour it over.

Very Good morning coffee

I do my best to buy the lightest roast coffee I can find, both for flavor and the health benefits from things like chlorogenic acid, which is greatly diminished during the roasting process. Darker roasts have FAR less of this beneficial compound. While not the lightest roast I’ve had, by a long shot, this one is very good. I also like the Maromas Guatemala.
