ECM Bottomless

I’ve only used the ECM angled bottomless portafilter a few times so far, mainly because it can get pretty messy if your puck prep isn’t dialed in. That said, this tool really highlights technique—any inconsistencies in tamping or distribution show up immediately in the shot. In terms of build quality, it’s solid, well-balanced, and premium in the hand. I’m planning to incorporate it more into my weekend routine as I refine my workflow.

Perfect addition to the ECM Synchronica 2

Perfect addition to the Synchronica 2. Next level brewing! The triple basket it comes with is great, but not really for 18g shots. Coupled with a VST 18g filter basket and you have the best setup possible IMHO. Very solid, holds the heat well.
