Huge Salad Upgrade!

I absolutely love this pear balsamic vinegar on dinner salads. Mixed 50/50 with Sola Stella Extra Virgin Olive Oil and my salads taste like I'm in a fancy NY restaurant. I used to be addicted (and still am) to the Lemon Balsamic, but now the pear has certainly given the lemon a run for its money. I thought maybe it would be too sweet for me but I was pleasantly surprised. It added just the right amount of sweetness to the flavor of the vinegar. I now buy a bottle or two of this with every order.
