The Solo red formula, so it's a little depressed. My view only touches the outside part which is more sticky. I love the Solo formula. It does so much for my bow's projection and ease of play. I have since ordered a block of that.

It's like ice skating!

My 2 star sandalwood bow broke and so I was upgraded to a Pernambuco bow. It looked to be a good bow and I had a giftcard so I decided to treat myself and get a nice rosin to go with it To put it simply: I was blown away. The bow is fantastic, but I can tell that what's making this baby slide with is grace is the rosin. It's like the fluidity and control of skating on ice! My bow goes exactly where I want it to with almost no effort at all. This rosin got my bow from fresh hair to playable in perhaps 10 strokes with the rosin, it took less than a full minute. This rosin also came with a rosin-brush! I never heard of such a thing, but it was free and right under the rosin cake! It brushed the hair and got the rosin deep in there. This rosin is pricy, but so are sports cars. This Rosin will give you that extra edge to make playing fluid and effortless. I don't think I'll ever go back to using any other kind of rosin after trying this out. Very satisfied!
