Excellent for just daily hydration! I still have my go to brands for the long suffer fests, but this is a great option to take to the gym or if you just feel like you're dragging.

I was so happy when I was introduced to SOS, other electrolyte mixes would leave me with headaches and feeling dehydrated after a workout or long run, SOS packs a good punch and I feel hydrated and never have headaches. I also like to put a scoop in with my tailwind for long trail runs!
