Love this flour
I have been using a mix of Marquis whole wheat and Marquis 00 to make sourdough bread and it has been coming out wonderfully. The flavor is amazing. I also have gluten sensitivities and cannot consume conventional flour, but have not had any issues with this one!

Carefully packed and arrived on the specified date. Barton Springs Mill in Dripping Springs, Texas (near Austin) has strict rules for the organic farmers that grow the grains the mill owner gives them the wheat and other grains. Then he buys the harvest. There are never any additives. I use Butler’s Gold a lot and I just got the Marquis flour. I made some bread right after the flour arrived. It was yummy. If you can, go to this mill, but you can also order online. Google it.

Sandwich Loaf
We have just begun serious baking and, wanting to use only heritage grains, this was the flour that we used for our sandwich loaf. We also used the Barton Springs Mill recipe from the online video. It came out perfect! Excellent crust and crumb, no digestion issues, and oh so delicious! This will be our go-to flour and sandwich loaf recipe from now on.
