Well balanced and very sharp

I really like my new paring knife from Misen. It’s very well balanced , and is very sharp. It’s certainly a nice addition to my kitchen knife collection.

Great paring knife, so I bought another!

Great paring knife. I'm very picky about taking care of my things. My wife doesnt understand that it's not good to leave kitchen tools in a sink full of water overnight, which she does and has been doing for 50 odd years. So, I bought another paring knife that I keep separate. Same with the second 5" serrated knife I bought. They're really nice knives. I still try to watch out for the original knives... but I love my wife and accept her bad habits. I guess it could be a lot worse.

Love this knife & have several that we keep handy for cutting smaller ingredients in the kitchen & when grilling outdoors - sharp & sure for lots of different uses!
