Love this pan! The versatility is unmatched and is my favorite pan to cook with. Bought this pan based on Kenji's recommendation has exceeded my expectations! Have bought one for a family member as well

So much for nonstick

I returned my first pan because I could not get it clean after cooking bacon. I was sent this second pan and honestly I didn’t touch it for over 10 months. Over the past two weeks I decided to use it and it was fine and worked great for eggs. Then I made some charred peppers and as you can see from the photo, I cannot get it clean. I followed all the instructions with preseason and oil, letting the pan heat for at least two minutes and added spray to the pan as well as oil on the peppers and they still burned. This product is not purported to be. I would really like my money back.

I got my titanium pan 2 years ago and it was sticky and hard to clean. HOWEVER, after a year of use you guys were so great at replacing it for me. After 5 or so months of daily hard use, my titanium pan looks as new as the day I got it. Sometimes it’s so slick I’m chasing a dried egg around the pan trying to flip it. When treated right, this pan will love you right back.
