Misen x Walker Noble Studios 8" Chef's Knife

Very good knife

I am a prep chef and this knife has held up great. the pattern on it hasn’t faded I use it for multiple hours straight a shift and the back of the blade being rounded (not sure if they advertise that) really helps it not dig into your pointer finger and cause blistering (also the fact it’s so sharp helps as well) very comfortable knife to use and has made my job a lot easier.

Best quality knives

This knife thrilled me particularly bc of the fish graphic! I'm already a huge Misen fan, this one was a gift for my best friend, who is a lifelong fisherman and executive chef/restaurant owner. Very literally the perfect gift!

Carrot Knife

Great knife handles well very sharp. I love the carrot design it makes me smile.
