Awesome Pan

This is my second non stick carbon pan from Misen (I have the 12” pan too). These two pans have practically replaced my cast iron pans, which I rarely use anymore. These pans are easy to maintain, heat up quickly, and distribute heat evenly.

I needed to replace some old nonstick frying pans and finally decided on these Misen Carbon Nonstick Frying Pans. I bought all three sizes and lids. Both my husband and I are very happy with them. I hope they will not disappoint in the long run.

Carbon nonstick

I have owned this pan for only 2 months. It has performed wonderfully thus far. Although it does have food stick when you use it to sear, some dish soap and a short soak will allow you to easily clean it. Not crazy about having to reheat it and season with a few drops of high heat oil to condition it…. Wasted time and effort…but still love it for the searing ability for meats.
