Bian Stone Face & Body Gua Sha

I have tried gua sha before, but gave up because the regular tools are too small. This on the other hand is comfortable to hold for the duration of my session, I use it to help relax my jawline in the evenings, and to help wind down before bed, by massaging my night products into my skin. It would be really helpful to have a follow along video (or a series of) to help learn the techniques correctly. I also have tried using it to release my tight shoulder and neck muscles, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right? Love the fact this can be useful for body treatments as well 🫶
